Into action
The past few weeks have been a bit of a blur, leaving little time for thoughts of gardening. Work in particular has been taking up a lot of time and energy, but it’s been so darn gracious about it that it’s difficult to be churlish. I’ve quite spectacularly managed to complete an emormous piece of written work two days before my deadline. This means that I finally have some time to spend in the potager, but only until we go on holiday this weekend.

I’m hoping to put the first of my potatoes out and plant some more broad beans as well as have a good old weeding session to clear in between the garlic. All this while also baking biscuits (gifts for our holiday hosts) and trying to remember as much French as I can so I’m not completely at sea when we do arrive in Paris.
A bientot!

I know - I’m so excited! Only spent 6 hours in Paris before now which is shocking for someone so close to 40!
