Visiting dignitaries

We’ve had visitors today discussing important business stuff with Owen. I was shy (hard to believe, I know, but I’m always a bit awkward around new people) but they were lovely and said some very, very nice things about Owen and his work. Which means that I like them very much - anyone who thinks highly of Owen is alright in my book. Tea was drunk, Is were dotted, Ts were crossed and hands were shook. (Shaken?  Not stirred, that’s for sure!) So, exciting times are ahead.

It’s going to be so much harder to get him to concentrate on his ‘under-gardener’ duties now!
