LOVE that fuchsia … my dahlias are just getting into their stride, fabulous (and, Damp McB, summer was so long ago, at the end of March beginning of April, that you’ve obviously forgotten all about it!)

we’re (sadly) scheduled to get a frost tonight.. i guess this means i’m gonna be running around like a headless chicken, covering everything up. I just hope its not the beginning of a harsh winter, as i’m about to plant some seeds to see if i can encourage some growth before the worst of it hits.

Dear all - blinking freezing today. Gah! And the heating’s not on in myoffice so I’m shivering at my computer. I’m sorry. It’s clearly all my fault for enjoying the sunshine too much at the wekend and jinxing it.
