Heresy
I’ve been working today. At the office (usually on Fridays I work from home). And I’m working tomorrow too. Bleurgh. I am exceptionally busy with work at the moment, but this exceptional state is likely to continue for some time.
With the massive workload comes heretical thoughts. So taboo I daren’t be explicit about them here, and while I realise that I end up being annoyingly tantalisng again (OK, I like that just a little) I don’t want to say more just yet. You’ll have to wait and see.
Let’s just say that my organic gardening soul may be in peril.

Don’t do it! If you’re planning to napalm the whole plot with Roundup, just take a step back, phone a friend, and remember - just say no!

Nooooooooooooooooooooo!
Don’t do it mate - you’ll regret it later. Gardening is all about the long game. It may save you time now, but the legacy will be with you, and the soil, for years.
Look at it this way - if your life and your family depended on crops for survival, then you’d do whatever you had to. But we are in the very fortunate position of if our beans fail or the slugs munch our spuds we can easily (and affordably) buy more from the shop. If you take this step now, you’re not just be poisoning the soil, but all your hard work when you don’t need to.
Keep the faith, Soupster!
