And the heat goes on…

Yet another glorious day, but too darn hot for me to even think about working in the garden just yet. Maybe as the sun starts to sink a little.

Al has asked about - and others of you may have noticed - the infuriatingly regular appearance of bizarre error messages in the right hand margin and whenever people try to leave comments (myself included). We’re not certain about what the problem is, but given that it started around the time that we changed our host it seems pretty likely to be related to that. So don’t worry about it being your computer or your browser.

I’m not sure when the difficulty will be sorted as Owen’s so far not had any response to his queries about it, but if you could bear with us, we’d be grateful. In the meantime, it seems to happen a whole lot less in the morning and early afternoon, so if you want to enjoy Pumpkin Soup in all its gloopy glory and tell me just how tasty you think it is then that’s the time.

Something to do with the early bird, and all that.
